[257] Setup Error 1316. A network error occured while ...

When trying to install ReSharper Build 257 on my maching I receive the following error message:
 
"Error 1316. A network error occured while attempting to read from file C:\WINDOWS\Installer\JetBrains ReSharper for Visual Studio 2005.msi"
 
 
Then when the installation finished rolling back:
 
 
Please find attached the log file.
 
I will try to find a work-around and post it here as a reply

I was not able to find the cause but one possible workaround was to use the Windows Installer Clean up utility:
 
I have removed the installer configuration for ReSharper for Visual Studio 2005 and did a reinstall which was successful. Anyway the problem not related to the msi package because I was able to install this build on other machines.
