258: Incorrect code coloring and missing ReSharper font options.

I just installed the July CTP of Atlas. Now the ReSharper highlighting is incorrect. Some of the code has a black background. The ReSharper entries in the Fonts and Colors options are gone so I can not correct it. This happened before but I couldn't tie it back to a specific reason. I had to reinstall to get the ReSharper options back.

I am using build 258 in VS2005.
