Hello Ilya,

states my evaluation license expired. Where do I get an extended one
now?

Hi,

New EAP build is being delayed, extended evaluation license is
published on EAP download page:
http://www.jetbrains.net/confluence/display/ReSharper/Download

We apology for inconvenience.

Hello Matt,

Latest ReSharper EAP are working on 30-days evaluation basis, so you don't
need any license. Evaluation time is reset with each EAP build, but not nightly
builds.

Please remove license entries from your UserSettings.xml for 3.0, located
in "C:\Documents and Settings\USER_NAME\Application Data\JetBrains\ReSharper3\",
so that evaluation mode can be turned on.

Sincerely,
Ilya Ryzhenkov

I had to manually delete the evaluation key entry in UserSettings.xml to
get it working.
