Localize your projects by ReSharper 3.0 + DT.ReSharperPlugin

It would be nice if it were possible to specify a resource provider so
strings could be moved to a database for example.

I just tried installing 0.9.23 on R# trial 3.0.1 on Vista 64 bit.
The plug-in doesn't show up in DevStudio, but the dll's all seem to be installed in:

C:\Users\philip.lee\AppData\Roaming\JetBrains\ReSharper\v3.0\vs8.0\Plugins\DT.ReSharperPlugin

Is this correct and if not where should they be?

On your PC must be installed R# 3.0.471.2.
