cursor gone in source editor

Latest 3.1 RC c# edition VS 2005

This seems to be reproducible.

I open a solution containing both web webservices and winforms projects.

When - after waiting a considerable time for Resharper to initialize and
parsing the solution - I click in the source code editor window to start
typing I don't have a cursor.

I can get the cursor back by editing anything in another VS 2005 window.
