[729] Templates missing in Options dialog

Hello Stefan,

Did you read EAP Notes? Live Template UI is being reworked and will take
some time. Meanwhile, you can open Live Template UI from ReSharper | Windows
| Live Templates. But... Back up your templates first :)

Well, yes. But not good enough I think ;)

Windows | Live Templates. But... Back up your templates first :)
