[746] Public fields not marked for QF for XML documentation

It seems that R#4 (at least) is not seeing that public fields need XML documentation.

Take the following structure:

/// Structure used to hold Condition information ///

public struct Condition { public string MaxValue; public string MinValue; public int Type; } ]]>

Each of the fields still require XML documentation, but no QF is provided nor is a suggestion provided.

Should this be?
