Opening project associated with old resharper files exits VS

I'm running Windows Vista x64 and VS 2008. I've noticed that trying to open an existing project which had the previous resharper helper files kills VS silently. Removing the files made the problem go away.

Is this a known issue?

Thanks.

Hello Luis,

This is not known problem, thank you for information. Could you please send
those files so we can investigate the problem?

hello again.

hum...well, I've ended up deleting them so I don't have them anymore. btw, this happened in 2 machines: one running vista and another one running VS 2008 server. I'll try to find other older projects that have the resharper files and if I do, I'll send them to you.

thanks.

hello again.

I'd just like to add that opening an existing web site with dll inside the bin folder is also crashing VS while opening the project. In this case, I had to delete the bin folder contents so that it could get processed by R#. I cannot send you this project because it belongs to a customer.

Luis,

Is the problem in one precise dell or VS crashes if anything is there in the
Bin folder?
