Naming style while introducing variable

Hello,
I have few questions regarding naming style support in R# 4.0
1. In naming style options instance field name prefix I have "m_".
When I'm trying introduce and initialize field from constructor parameter variable "ccc" I'getting "m_Ccc" suggestion and I was expecting to get m_ccc field.

Is it possible to configure this some how?

2. Is it possible during full cleanup of the code automatically rename all fields according to naming style?

Hello Roman,

Naming options always were the problem in the case for "m_C" vs "m_c" :(
We are refactoring naming system and it will allow much more flexible name
customization. Also, it will allow plugins like AgentSmith to integrate deeper
in ReSharper. We hope to have it in the next minor release (but probably
not for bugfix update).
