[Build 912] "Resource is never used" in XAML / Silverlight 2 Beta 2

I'm currently going through a Silverlight 2 Tutorial. When doing the things described in http://weblogs.asp.net/scottgu/pages/silverlight-tutorial-part-5-using-the-listbox-and-databinding-to-display-list-data.aspx, pictured in the screenshot below the text "For example, we could display both the DiggStory Title and NumDiggs value using a DataTemplate like below.",
R# suggests that the ]]> section is never used and offers to remove it. Why is this? This section is very important for the functionality of the program and cannot be removed.
