EAP download site seems to be down

I'm trying to download ReSharper but the web page at
http://www.jetbrains.net/confluence/display/ReSharper/Download as well as
http://www.jetbrains.net/confluence/display/ReSharper/ReSharper4.0Nightly+Builds
shows the following error message:

Service Temporarily Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance
downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
