Snippet Designer VS 2008 Plugin Conflict

OS : Vista Ultimate x64
VS: 2008 SP1

Hi,

there appears to be a conflict with the Snippet Designer plugin for VS 2008. It causes VS to crash when launched as non-admin with UAC enabled on Vista.
