Where are we meant to report bugs?

Hi,

Which is the correct method of informing about R# bugs/issues?

When a runtime error exception occurs - R# opens a dialog box to submit the log of the exception.

But how do I report functionlaity bugs/quirks in th software. Is it through this forum? Can I expect a Jetbrains representative to read the problem and to enter it into the bugs list? Or is there another method of reporting the issues?

The main reason I ask this, is that I have posted to date 3 different issues in this newsgroup regarding problems, and have not had to date any response.

Thanks

Hello,

Best way to report issues is to put it in our issue tracker: http://www.jetbrains.net/confluence/display/ReSharper/ReSharperIssueTracker

We revisit forums/newsgroups periodically and try to answer any questions
we can answer right away. And definitly we read it every day. Lately we were
very busy fixing, improving and polishing our ReSharper 4.5 builds, sorry
about being not so responsive.

Sincerely,
