Where does Ctrl+Alt+PgDn and Ctrl+Alt+PgUp navigate to?

I am used of using Ctrl+Alt+PgDn and Ctrl+Alt+PgUp to navigate between the highlighted usages. I have just noticed that when I use these keyboard shortcuts without any highlights, that ReSharper takes me to another type. But to be honest, it is not clear to me what types it takes me to. For example I am in one of my .xaml files and when I use Ctrl+Alt+PgDn it ReSharper takes to the type Telerik.Windows.Controls.Charting.AppearanceSettings although it is not entirely clear why.

Could you elaborate on these keyboard shortcuts?

Hello Gabriel Lozano-Moran,

They are based on last active tool window or active highlight in editor.
For example, if you have Find Usages window open it navigates to next occurence.
If last tool window was Type Hierarchy, it navigates to next/previous type
in hierarchy. Etc.
