Crash to Desktop

Hi all

I have been "playing" with v5.0 of resharper in vs2010 on a windows 7 ultimate box, and every version after 5.0.1527 has crashed to the desktop when pressing the alt-enter key for the first time on a new install,

I cannot reproduce it on the 2008 R2 test VM at work, and I get no error message, VS2010 just closes!  has anyone else seen this?
