Move declarations to namespace doesn't work

I'm using R# 5.0 build 1535 in VS 2008.

I moved some classes to a subfolder. The move declarations to namespace quickfix appears and underlines the namespace, but executing it does nothing.

Is there a workaround for this? Is this a known issue?
