Resharper 5.0 Crashes VS 2008 When I Press F5

I think Resharper ( not just version 5.0) has a problem with Windows Form.

When I press F5 to build and run my Windows Form program, sometimes, the VS 2008 will just hang, even before the form can come out. Sometimes this problem happens, sometimes no.

I create a dump file and analyze it using Windbg, the results are appended here.

This problem is somewhat related to the issue I reported in here. The difference is that although I can consistently repro this problem in build 1558 and build 1559.
