Can no longer submit exceptions

Since some days I am no longer able to submit ReSharper exceptions from within Visual Studio 2008. I always get the error 417 Expectation failed:

I'm currently using ReSharper build 1619 and I first noticed the problem about a  week ago.

I am getting the same error VS2008 on windows 2008R2, but only when I start visual stuido, once a project

is loaded I can submit exceptions as normal.
