[1620] vs2008 - exception after installation

Hello John,

This build gives an exception regarding some problem with keybord
binding on the first run in vs2008.

Since 1619. Also in VS2010.

I can't submit the exception as your server says something about
service not available.

I've submitted tons of of exceptions. JetBrains, please fix that soon, so
that Andrew Serebryanski can do
better things than marking all these as duplicates ;)

They're rated as warnings now, most probably. Anyway they're not going to
show up in RTM. As for the real cause — we'll deal with it if we have time
enough. Seems like there're no real failures in shortcuts after that, right?
