Unable to Submit Exception due to Proxy Error

Can no one at JetBrains tell me how to set up ReSharper to allow the Submit Exception dialog to work through a proxy server?!  Here's yet another exception that occurred today that I cannot submit:

i have the similar problem but get another error (see screenshot). I've tried both, automatic search and explicit proxy settings (our proxy is configured to use port 80).

I was getting this error (the login one), and am not using a proxy at all.   I haven't checked if it's happening today, but it was certainly a problem earlier in the week.

Unfortunately, with your latest changes, I am still unable to submit  an exception to JetBrains due to the Proxy Authentication Error.  Here's  my latest exception:

Hello Derek,

The exception seems to originate from some plugin, ActiveMesa R2P. I believe
there is some API incompatibility between version of R2P you are using, and
ReSharper nightly build.

Great!  Hopefully that will solve that exception.   Now how do I fix my proxy settings?

As of yesterday's build, I am still getting regular exceptions that I cannot submit.  I uninstalled all ReSharper-specific plug-ins, but still get other exceptions regularly.  I know you have a RC available now, but I still think you have a few lurking exceptions happening.  Who can I email my proxy settings to?
