[1652] Lingering Issues - Active window highlighting missing

When an existing solution opens in VS 2010 on Windows 7 64bit, the open
text editor window has lost the syntax highlighting.  Closing and
re-opening the document solves the problem. Any of the other windows
don't have this problem when they are made active.
