Where the heck is the suspend/pause button?

Ah thanx.. I forgot about that position.

Not too obvious, but anyway could not place it under ReSharper menu, especially
Resume, because the menu is gone when ReSharper is suspended ;)

I use the command window. I have aliases made for turning ReSharper on and off. I use "suspend" for turning it off and "resume" for turning it on. It would be nice if there were some kind of button to do this task or something the in the ReSharper menu similar to DevExpress's.
