Dottrace, Resharper 5 and unittestprofiling does not work
I use dottrace and Resharper 5.0 and now I cannot see the icon the profile
a unittest.
I only see the options: run. debug, append to session, but there used to
be an action profile unittest.
Is there something I can do to get the dottrace integration back or is
this a bug?
Or is there something else I can do to profile my unittest?

did you ever got an answer to your question, on why Resharper 5 and dotTrace 3.1 don't seem to work together?
I also have the same problem. Resharper 5.0.1659.36 with Dottrace 3.1 Build 357.3
