Installation of EAP Resets Default Browser Selection

I run with Chrome set as my default browser and every time that I install a
new version of R# (which is every nightly build), the default setting is
reset to IE.

Is this the expected behaviour?  I see this in VS2008 - have not tested
VS2010 for it yet.
