Refactor - Move does not complete

Hi

If I do a Refactor-Move from one project to another I get no error at
the time.

However, anything I try to in VS after that gives me dialog saying
"The operation could not be completed". I can no longer build the
solution, nor exit using File:Exit. I have to use Task Manager to
close devenvexe.

This only seems to happen if doing the Refactor-Move from one project
to another.

More often than not (but not always) the reference to file I was
moving is removed from the project but physically remains in its
original location (giving the yellow triangle when reopening the
project), and the new file is moved to its correct destination.
However, there have also been cases where the new file is empty.
