I wasn't able to reproduce this behavior. Does this happen with build #2107
as well? Are you able to reproduce the same behavior with a small sample

Previous versions of R# -  Go to file, sorted by file name and then
project name.

Build 6.0.2105.41 no longer sorts by project name.
