Odd Javascript Intellisense

Here is a snapshot of some intellisense...

The cursor is on the “i” in the parameter list.

The last (highlighted) usage shows the “i” in “slider” highlighted, rather than the variable in use on that line.

It was also complaining that the “i" in the parameter list was a “duplicate local definition” and “Declaration hides variable i from outer scope”.  I have searched my code, and can’t find i used or declared elsewhere. However, I’m willing to give it the benefit of the doubt, as I could be doing it somewhere...

I found the “duplicate local definition”... so that is working fine.

The other (visual only) problem remains.
