[2152] Managed Memory Disappers

Since installing build 2152 ( VS2010 on Win7 x64 ) the managed memory
indicator will not stay on. I can go into the options, set it to
display, close the options, the usage will show for about 10 seconds
and then disappear. Checking the options again will show that it is
not clicked.

I have closed and re-started VS several times, and this continues even
after a reboot. No new (VS) extensions have been installed since
before this started to happen.

for me it works fine.
