ReSharper 6.1 vs Visual Studio 2010 IntelliSense

Is IntelliSense in ReSharper 6.1 still a work in progress? The reason I ask is because when I use IntelliSense in JavaScript, the only option for $ is from the jQuery $ selector. If I switch to Visual Studio 2010 IntelliSense (nothing else changed) I see a lot more appropriate options. ReSharper is also flagging all instances of $find as “Use of an implicitly declared global variable ‘$find’” when it’s actually an explicitly defined function.
