[Build 77] Intellisense Tooltips not readable

I'm in VS 2010, VB. When i mark an entry in the intellisense popup which is a method, the tooltip for this entry is displayed in light gray on light yellow which is nearly unreadable:


For a property the tooltip is displayed as expected:
