EAP2 - Installing ReSharper Extensions Removes ReSharper from VS2013

When I attempt to load ReSharper extensions via ReSharper | Extension Manager..., it starts the tool extension install process. It seems that the install went well:

I get this dialog:

I select "Yes" and after restarting VS2013, ReSharper has been uninstalled and I have to close VS and run the ReSharper EAP2 installer to repair the install. Here are my ReSharper vitals:

Plugins: none
Visual Studio 12.0.30723.0.
