Another thank you, but the 'surround with' is still clumsy

As I mentioned in a previous post which was seconded by several other loyal
fans, having a variable length 'surround with' list interferes with the
automatic (unconscious) use of this feature. I have a custom surround with
that was alway alt-ctrl-J-A. Now some times it is alt-ctrl-J-4, sometimes
something else. As was suggested by one of the posters, it would be nice if
the list contents remained constant, but those entries that can't be
executed in the current context are disabled and grayed out.
