Additional "Blank Lines" options

I just submitted a feature request to the tracker to add a specified number of blank lines around conditional and looping constructs (e.g., if, for, while, lock, using, and try/catch/finally) that you might consider for a future version of ReSharper. My primary motivation is that ReSharper is currently reformatting my code like this:

public method Test()
{
if(this == that)
{
return false;
}
return true;
}

I prefer it to add a blank line around logical blocks of code like this:

public method Test()
{
if(this == that)
{
return false;
}

return true;
}

It might also be nice if ReSharper saved the Reformat Code options so the options "stick" between sessions.
