Uinstalling causes add web reference problems

Ever since uinstalling version 2.0 I cannot add a web reference to an http web service - I get a VSIDE.Extensibility error and the only addon I have ever installed is Resharper 2.0.

Can anyone help?

could you please check if the Extensibility assembly is installed into GAC?
