File structure window - [sorting items alphabetically]

That would be a nice option for the File Structure pop-up (Ctrl-F12) as
well.

But in the File Structure Window, you can drag and drop methods and
properties around to where you want them, which is VERY cool.

There will be an action for reordering the memebrs within a class against
a template.
