Shortcut key for running current unit test

Hi,

One thing that would be really useful is the ability to assign a key shortcut to run the unit test / test fixture (if outside a method body) that the cursor is currently in (similar to TestDriven.NET). There are a number of promising-looking options in the keyboard setup dialog but none of them seem to have any effect if the focus is outside of the Unit Test Runner. It's a bit annoying as that is now pretty much the only thing I use the mouse for. Is there any way to achieve this with Resharper?
