Profiler support

Hi all,

What's going on with the JetBrains profiler and the people supporting it?

We've purchased a license but unable to use it due to a bug.

Mikhail was going to send us the debug version of the profiler, but we
haven't received any reply to our e-mails or forum posts in
jetbrains.net.profiler.eap so far.

Any ideas / strings you can pull / bells you can ring to the guys in the
other rooms at the JetBrains office?
