rebuild all when running nunit

This is controlled by VS setting. Go to 'Tools | Options | Projects and Solutions
| Build and Run' and check 'Only build startup project and dependecies on
Run'

All,

If I change one line of source code and press run test in the nunit
gui all the projects are rebuild again before the test starts not only
the project that the source code files belongs to.

How can I turn off complete rebuild every time?

Is this is visual studio 2005, nunit or resharper settings problem?
