Resharper and files created

Hi,
Can someone explain all the files and folders that resharper creates when you open a solution .resharper etc
It appears that a lot of files are created and you would not want to add these to your source control
Thanks for reples

Hello noelboy123,

Files with .resharper extension are intended to be added to source control,
they store team shared settings, like value analysis attributes and Live
Templates.
File with .resharper.user extension, much like .csproj.user are not intended
to be stored in source control, they handle recent files, intellisens statistics,
some solution-related checkbox states, etc.

Sincerely,

… and the folders are hosting the cache files and should be ignored altogether.
In fact, you may want to move them to the system temp folder so that they
were not getting in the way, see R# Options for that setting.
