Resharper UnitRun is not enabled in Tools menu

couldnt find seperate category for UnitRun, so posting here.
I installed UnitRun, and initially I had an option available from Tools menu called 'Resharper UnitRun' with a few submenus, but this menu item is now disabled. I also had options to run unit tests from the right click context menu, but these have disappeared. I think this behaviour is something to do with me having reinstalled UnitRun (which I did as I was hoping to get the dialog where I could enter registration details, but no luck). Anyone know how I can get these menu items back?

Does it help if you uninstall and then reinstall UnitRun again?
