Optimize Usings always popping up a dialog box

Every time I use my shortcut for Optimize Usings (subquestion - why isn't there a keyboard shortcut for this by default?) it pops up a dialog asking me whether or not I want to rearrange the using statements according to my current code settings.

I've looked for a way of suppressing this dialog (I never change my answer) but I haven't found one yet. Am I missing something? Is this worth raising as a feature request?

Hello,

isn't there a keyboard shortcut for this by default?)

There's a keyboard shortcut for the Reformat Code action (CtrlEF),
which optionally includes Optimize Usings as one of its stages. For this
is the silent version of the Reformat Code action, it won't present you with
any dialogs. Just invoke the non-silent version from the menu for the first
time, to set up the checkboxes so that Optimize Usings were included in reformatting.
