Default Keybindings Incorrect After Installation

After installing 3.0.1, the shift+f12 Find Usages and f12 Declaration keybinds did not exist.

I had to map them myself...thought you should know.

I also found Shift+Tab is missing from the Text Editor key bindings after
installing ReSharper 3.0. I found Shift+Tab is bound to Edit.TabLeft for the
DataWarehouse Designer, Report Designer, SQL Server Report Designer, and
Windows Form Designer. I added another binding for Text Editor.

Hello,

Thank you for the report. That looks like a R# upgrade issue (from 2.5, for
example), should not happen on clean installations.
