Code completion colors

For a long time, the colors in the code completion list have been driving me crazy. It seems that as you type, matching letters turn blue. The problem is that in the default color scheme of Windows, the highlighted item in a list is a slightly darker shade of blue. This makes the matching text on the highlighted item in the completion list nearly impossible to read (see attachment). Is there any way to fix this?? It's not a huge deal but it's unappealing to me :)
