Massive slow downs when "Find Usages" results window is showing

It's not consistent, but very often I am seeing large slowdowns in intellisense (every character taking several seconds to show up) when I have the Find Results window up. If I close it, sometimes it goes away, though not always. If I close it and restart the IDE, it definitely goes away. If there are generics involved it seems to be even worse.

Using the latest released version, this happens on projects of almost any size.
