Any way to print colors?

Hi all,

Has anyone found a way to print code with the proper colors defined in Tools/Options/Fonts & colors, when using Resharper custom coloring? Currently, using the File/Print option prints in black and two shades of blue, copying the text and pasting it in a word processor uses the VS default color scheme, but I'd like to print with my customized color scheme without having to do a screen hardcopy. Anyone ?
