MbUnit PlugIn for R# 4.0 available

The binding redirections for R#4 are currently not in place. Sorry. Working
on that.

Argh ... it seems to run with older versions of R# :) i compiled against 761
and have a ok from a user which uses 758.

If not ... go on and add the policies.
It was not funny to answer these many "It didn't run on my system", "i'm not
able to compile it for myself" and "why subversion and not sourcesafe?"
