Install directory for 4.0.819.19

Hello,

When I installed 4.0 GA it installed to C:\Program
Files\JetBrains\ReSharper\v4.0.816.4 Does anyone know if that's
because I previously had 4.0.816.4 installed?

Upgrades would use the previous InstallDir folder, just in case you have
selected a custom location.

Some of the pre-release builds were using the 4-component version number
for the folder, so it gets inherited by the upgrade.

A clean install should go into the v4.0 folder.
