Disable Auto Startup Option

Hello,

I guess you are running Visual Studio without admin permission. Start Visual
Studio as Admin once, deactivate that checkbox and restart visual studio.

Remove Read-Only attribute from file Product.VisualStudio.90.AddIn in the
ReSharper installation Bin folder.
