Problems with 4.0 and Visual Studio 2005's Add/Class

Does anyone else have problems with Resharper 4.0 GA in Visual Studio 2005 when they use Add/Class? Whenever I do this and I try to use any R# refactorings on the new file it simply causes an exception.

I have definitely seen ReSharper exceptions on rename of methods in 2005.

Hello Peter,

What is the exception you receive? Did you submit it?
We cannot reproduce the problems with VS2005 locally, and all this looks
very strange. Could you please tell us your environment configuration?

I've given steps to duplicate this problem, along with my environment configuration here:
