Bug with ambiguous reference

I added Dundas chart to a project which also had MS Reporting. Build 4.0.909.11. In the aspx page it would show ambiguous reference when I placed the dundas chart control on the page. Once I removed the reference to MS Reporting the ambiguous reference went away. I added the reference back and the error came back.
